####A Collapsible Wall, Hexagon and Trapezoid Array, for Flexible Printing Collapsible structures are mathematically interesting and useful in life. The present design is based on a pair of hexagon and trapezoid. It is a worthwhile design project for K-12 students. It is also fun to play with. The small one measures about 21 mm by 64 mm. The big array consists of 10 copies of the small one. Please feel free to scale down during printing. Once printed, one might need to use some force to pull it apart, especially for the first time. *Credit*: The design came from a conversation with a school librarian, Ms. Kim, at a Middle School in the Champaign-Danville area in Illinois. During one of my school visits, Ms. Kim showed me a piece of packing foam (she had kept for a long time), which is cut into a collapsible pattern. She said I might be interested in making a 3D printable one. Geometrically, it is simple. However, to make it printable, I had to add the tolerance and balance the physical tensions. It turned out to be a great design project. ####Among the Files 1. A small one with two cells (21mm x 64mm) 2. A big array (5 by 2) of the small ones
