Collect two vacuum 4" lines - with gate/two way valve Tested - with - ASA - (0.6mm. 255C. 115C. 60% in fill, 15 % Fan, CURA DRAFT- 0.2mm lh) Print without support Brim . . . . First trial - machine just stop printing, and start making filament noodle! . Second trial... machine just stop printing... same point on part... same noodle soup ! . Slice a section of the part with THE problem and test again... same story! Remodel the part... and... now is K! Just to be sure, I am printing the entire unit... again! . Third trial - same day... two hours later... no more filament was feed in to my extruder... cheap filament... maybe...replace filament... with more fancy one...start again...I still love my printer... I think! . Forth trial - same error! Noodle soup ! I will remove the part until solve the problem! Sorry! . 6 April 2018 - delete everything and redraw the part, test a slice from it... everything looks ok now! ...I heard that before! I will start now to print the entire part... just in case! Fifth trial - ABS delaminations! Since I am a big boy now... I want to try new stuff... therefore ABS seams to me like the next right step...fancy stuff... Verbatim... Japanese... however ... like Icarus... my filament melded and my part fall in to the sea! My last failure have nothing to do with the design, therefore you can print this part! :) . Sixth trial - ASA filament - in progress! Only the test part... to see if my machine and the new filament cant pair well together! Everything was fine... start with the part... after one hour nozzle get clogged. Restart the print - on seventh trial! yeah!!! . Seventh trial was a failure. My printing nozzle is clogged. I replace it with 0.6 mm (it was 0.4 mm). Print will take now only 10 hours.... less than half of time before! WAU ! . Eight trial... on PLA with 0.6 mm... in progress... look' s k. 7 hours later ...print look bad... I realize that... somehow, I change the quality of the print... from draft to coarse, that give me the answer - why the 9+ hours... it it still going on...looks like I pass the "difficult" point in the print. I will reprint with draft settings later on! Print complete - bad print - however the stl file prof to be good! . Ninth trial Finally... a great print on ASA filament.
