Parts to attach a stylus and a trim router to the end of MiniTec 45x45 extrusion Instructions I needed to mount a stylus and a router motor onto two arms made from MiniTec 45x45 T-slot extrusion. I printed these in PLA but ABS would work also. I used 0.5mm nozzle and 0.5 mm layer height with high infill to keep them rigid. Clean out the holes and tap the 45x45 mount where appropriate. It slides cleanly onto the MiniTec extrusion after I clean away the stringy bits. The hole in the middle of the circular plates allows for a 8mm bolt to hold the whole thing tightly. The holes around the perimeter of the circular plates allows you to index your tool and stylus at 0, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degrees.
