This is a modified version of les_kaye's hand crank gear collet assembly. I didn't like having to futz with mine constantly or worry about the crank handle slipping off so the gear post is now combined with the collet and the handle is held on by a threaded cap. The Hand Crank Gear Collect assembly replaces original parts: Winder_Crank_Axle and Winder_Crank_Pin
