This is a 65mm spindle/router mount for the Comgrow Robo CNC. It will fit the Makita router that is commonly used for larger CNC machines. It uses 2 of the lead screw nuts listed below. You may need to tweak the tightness of the top lead screw to start the threads and make sure it moves smoothly, or you can use only one if you like. The ones that I bought are no longer available, but I'm sure you can find other similar ones that will work. You will also need some M6x 40mm button head bolts and nuts to clamp down the router and 2 linear bearings which are listed below. The bearings are a tight friction fit. I pressed mine in with a press. You might need to adjust your horizontal offset by -.2 depending on your machine and how tight you would like them to fit. I would print it out of ABS or PETG with 4 perimeters and 80% infill. This has been tested and works great!!! It will reduce your overall working size to around 260x 170, but what you loose in size you will make up for in speed and quality. linear bearings : https://a.co/d/4aSBAK1 Imdinnogo 2Pcs 3D Printer Upgrade Linear Motion Lead Screws POM Anti Backlash Nuts for Pitch 2mm Lead 4mm Acme Threaded Rod Eliminate By request I have added the F3d and step files in case anyone wants to play with the design.
