Command Strip Cord Holder

Command Strip Cord Holder

thingiverse

This is actually both my first print and first design, but it came of necessity (and promise to my wife if we got the 3D printer). It works with a standard 3M command strip, though you may have to scale up or down depending on which size of command strip you get. We use it on the back of our nightstands to hold our phone cords at night. I also have an Apple watch charger that needs held, so it actually holds two different cables. The cord wraps around the 3 tongs with a very satisfying "snap". It also includes a couple of holes in either end to add extra security to the middle cords if needed, or you can also run other cables through it if you don't want to print a second one. I made this with the 3-prong design because the other designs that rely on friction against the cord don't tend to hold my cords well enough.
