This Commander deck box is sized for 100 double sleeved cards with some extra space for tokens. It can be assembled with an extra compartment at the bottom for dice and other small accessories.

This design is a base for my other deck box designs. It was created mostly as a test for getting the interlocking of the lid to work smoothly.

Note:

These parts have a nominal interlocking clearance of .10mm. This fit is intentionally a little tight. Due to this it is necessary for your printer to be properly calibrated for dimensional accuracy.

Attaching the dice tray

If the deck box is being assembled with the dice tray it is required to glue part 4 to the bottom of part 1.

First: Begin by lightly sanding the chamferd edge on the bottom of part 1, and the corresponding chamferd edge on the top of part 4.
Next: Apply a thin layer of glue (i used superglue) to the joint, and press the parts together.
Last: Add a fillet using a small block as a guide to the inside of the joint. Part 3 has a 1mm gap to accommodate for this.
