This file is intended for Commercial use, with a one time purchase you are allowed to print and sell completed Display Spinners for life. However the 3d file itself cannot be sold. This file has a blank bottom (No Branding) If you use these at your Craft Show/Event tag me on Instagram or Tiktok (@bucklenshackle) I'd love to see them in action! For the Personal Use Model (With Branding on Bottom) Click Here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/the-pegboard-display-spinner-a-modular-rack-for-your-things This is a Modular Display Rack I created because I needed to display my Paracord and 3D Printed Dragon Keychains at a local Craft Show. I had been using a Pegboard Wall but thought it was too big/bulky. So I created this Spinner to use the large collection of existing Pegboard Hooks I still had. After several months of testing and several spools of filament later I've come up with this working model! V.2: The Pegboard Display Spinner can be setup with as many tiers as you want! The only limitation is the spacers you choose and the 8mm Rod you sourced. (Redesign adds new Base, Spacers and Spokes) V.2.1: The Pegboard Display Spinner Base now with Tolerances! All Previous V.2 files work with this V2.1 update. Bases Now updated with 3 different tolerances, 8.0mm, 8.1mm and 8.2mm. Also I've added a Base Test to test tolerances without having to print the whole base. Every 3d Printer will print the BASE TEST differently, choose the corresponding Base model (8.0 ,8.1 or 8.2) that is the closest fit to your 8mm Linear Rod You will need: - PETG Filament: I Highly suggest using PETG or better for better strength and stability. - Standard Pegboard Hooks of any Length: I used 2" Straight Pegboard Hooks. - An 8mm rod: I used a 600mm Linear Rod (I believe you can find these in varying lengths upto 1500mmm) (I have not tested over 600mm) V.2 Includes: All Pieces have 8.5mm Holes for ease of spinning. (Both Bases are 8.0mm) BNS Pegboard Spinner Rack (Holds 8 Straight Pegboard Hooks) BNS Round Shelf 50mm x 204mm (A Shelf for shelving things) BNS Octagonal Shelf 50mm x 208mm (A Shelf that better fits the Octagon Theme) BNS Spokes Spinner Rack 20mm x 220mm (A Rack for Hanging Things if you dont have Pegboard Hooks.) BNS Spacer 30mm (Spacers for varying the height of the Spinner Racks) BNS Spacer 50mm BNS Spacer 70mm BNS Spacer 90mm BNS Spacer 120mm BNS Spacer 140mm BNS Top Cap (A top piece that closes off the end) BNS Sign Top Cap (A top piece with a Hole for a Sign) BNS Sign Blank (A Sign that slots into BNS Sign Top Cap, add your own text) BNS Sign Five Dollar (A Sign that slots into BNS Sign Top Cap, '3D Printed Keychains $5') BNS Base W166-H45mm-8.0mm (Octagon Base. Insert Rod, 30mm of the Rod is inserted) Smaller, For Shorter Rods. BNS Base W196mm-H75mm-8.0mm (Octagon Base. Insert Rod, 60mm of the Rod is inserted) Larger, More Stability for Longer Rods. V.2.1 Includes: BNS Base Test Tolerances 8.0-8.1-8.2 BNS Base W166-H45mm-8.1mm BNS Base W166-H45mm-8.1mm BNS Base W196mm-H75mm-8.2mm BNS Base W196mm-H75mm-8.2mm 10mm Spacer 15mm Spacer BNS Round Shelf 70mm x 248mm BNS Octagonal Shelf 70mm x 248mm BNS Spokes Spinner Rack 30mm x 248mm Notes: - If you are printing the Cap/Sign Cap, I would suggest gluing them on to your top most Spacer/Spinner (so it doesn't fall off when spinning). I used Gorilla Glue Contact Adhesive. I suggest you add 1" Circle Grip Pads to the bottom of the bases. I've included 2 Bases. Either one can be used, they are different heights and widths. The W166-H45mm Base shouldn't be used for Long Rods or Top Heavy Racks. In this case use the W196mm-H75mm Base. (Not Included) I am an Authorized Seller of all the files in the pictures.
