A first try at making a replacement key for the Commodore 64. The result worked better than expected, but I will adjust some things in the next version, both visual and to optimise the printing process. I put it here as a WIP to get feedback, so please comment. Models for the bigger keys will also be added when I'm satisfied with this one. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 3 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.06 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Used Ultimaker PLA with auto generated PVA supports and raft. Next version will be adjusted to allow single material printing. How I Designed This Manual modeling in Rhino, based on measurements of an original C64C £-sign key with a vernier caliper. Pictures Half-way through print. Done! Fits better than expected, still needs some work. Maybe some sanding...
