Compact extruder with symmetric mount and fan support

The original Prusa nozzle featured an asymmetrical aluminum mount as a cooling plate; however, newer versions employ a symmetrical design that requires alterations to the compact extruder part. Here's my modified version. Obtain other parts from https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3-vanilla/tree/master/distribution. Note that I've upgraded this component to the new x-carriage, maintaining 30mm distance between support holes. Thicker MK7-style drive gears won't fit in the initial extruder, so I altered the channel for the drive gear, allowing MK7 usage (untested). A new version with a 40mm fan hole and duct has been added. Another updated version incorporates a bearing capture to prevent the bearing from slipping out of place. Assembling this nozzle requires two M3x12 mm screws and nuts for attaching the nozzle plate to the block, along with two 625 bearings and one 608 bearing. The main shaft is a M5x66 mm threaded rod with a drive gear attached. Two M3x30mm screws and nuts fix the idler in place, needing a 20mm M8 rod for the 608. The large gear requires an M5 lock-nut, while a regular nut with superglue worked for me on the small gear (file a flat on the motor shaft without a fixing screw). Finally, use fan version parts and tap the two holes with M3x25 to fix the fan using two M3x20mm screws.
