Compact i3 Extruder - E3D Hotend

The i3 extruder design you see here was created after thoroughly examining various compact designs and realizing that none met my requirements for compatibility with the E3D and MK7 hobbed pulley. This unique extruder has all parts printed, excluding a standard X carriage, and is connected to the extruder in three places for enhanced durability. To construct this extruder, you will need: 10 M3 screws (lengths yet to be confirmed), 5 M3 nuts, 1 MK7 Hobbed Pulley (specifically, TrinityLabs version), 1 x 623 bearing, 1 spring (currently using two from an assorted pack of Harbor Freight), and 3 LM8UU bearings. Our chosen NEMA17 motor has a 5mm shaft and is sourced from Qu-bd, but any NEMA17 compatible with the design should work just fine.
