Compact i3 Extruder - E3D Hotend

thingiverse

This is a compact i3 extruder I designed after looking at all the other compact designs on here. I didn't find one I liked that worked with the E3D and the MK7 hobbed pulley so I came up with my own. You will need to print all parts, this does not use a standard X carriage. I was tired of mine failing because of the screws coming loose or other reasons so this one is connect to the extruder in 3 places. Items required: 10 x M3 screws (not sure of lengths right now) 5 x M3 nuts 1 x MK7 Hobbed Pulley (I use the TrinityLabs version) 1 x 623 bearing 1 x Spring (I currently have springs on order from McMaster Carr, currently using 2 out of a assorted pack from Harbor Freight) 3 x LM8UU bearings I am using the short NEMA17 sold by Qu-bd but any NEMA17 with a 5mm shaft should work.
