Compact "pocket knife" SD/microSD card holder

Hello! I needed a way to store my SD cards for a trip, so I designed this very compact holder. I got inspiration from this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:633436, however this is not a remix, as I have designed everything from scratch in Fusion 360. You are going to need: - 2 x M3/4.6/5.7mm threaded inserts - 2 x M3 screws (I used M3x16mm for two trays, see photos) You can find the M3 inserts on amazon, ebay, etc... I bought them for extremely cheap on AliExpress: **AliExpress link:** https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002526998853.html I got the "M3 x D4.6 x L5.7" version, which fits perfectly (you need to use a soldering iron to push into the plastic), but I am sure you can get some slightly different size (as long as it's close, and it is M3). **The file I have provided has 4 models:** - Top side (this is where you will insert the screws, the holes are counterbore) - Bottom side (this is where you push the inserts, the holes are "simple" here) - SD tray (this can hold 2 SD cards) - micro SD tray (this can hold 8 micro SD cards) You can print as many trays as you want and stack them on each other, as long as you increase the length of the two M3 screws which hold everything together (again, M3x16mm works just perfectly for 2 trays). The bottom and top sides have an inverse diamond knurling to improve the grip. Please do not eat these pieces, no matter how closely they remind you of cookies :) The tolerances for the cards are 0.5mm. When the holder is in the closed position, the cards cannot physically get out of the tray, so don't worry for that, but be careful as you open the trays. There are small holes under where the cards should go to ease the removal of the latter. I plan on releasing a version of this holder with M3 nut slots instead of inserts (although they surely look worse, get the inserts, believe me!) and with tighter tolerances if people request it.
