I needed a compact storage box for my screw collection, so I created this box with multiple sized compartments. I added tappets with corresponding recesses to make the box stackable. Since all the parts have pegs, the entire design relies on press-fitting – no screws or glue are required. My build was constructed from a sheet of 4 mm high-density fiber using a desktop CNC machine by Stepcraft. The material used came from the back panel of an old closet I salvaged from a trash pile. If you want to print this design, assuming your printer has a bed larger than 328 mm x 138 mm, you should extrude the DXF file to a width of 4.15 mm.
