Complete Ball bearing with snap-off support

The outcome is this design, which is ready to print without additional support structure. Simply snap off the support after printing. If your printer is not precise, the tolerances may be too low for this print, resulting in balls stuck to the sides of the bearing. Outer diameter: 54mm Inner diameter: fits a 22mm rod Print Settings Printer: XYZprinting da Vinci 1.0 PRO 3-in-1 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height Infill: 20% Notes: Do NOT print with support. The print is prepared with support cones underneath each ball, which should snap right off after the print is completed. If you use a different layer height, you may experience problems with the connection between ball and support is too strong and wont snap off.
