Complete Enclosed Extruder Carriage for Anet A8 / Prusa i3 & clones

Based off of LittleMrJ's <i>i3 A8 Badass DiggityDank MK8 Carriage</i> A Fully Enclosed Extruder with customer Carriage for the Anet A8 Direct Drive Extruder Head. Includes an embedded cooling nozzle, mounts for the blower and heat-sink fan, holes for ventilation, filament feeding and extruder button. Also has a slot and mounting holes for the Practical 6 Auto Bed-Level Sensor Let me know if any dimensions are off, but please <s><b> DO NOT PRINT YET!</b> The mechanism to attach all the faces to each-other is not complete, unless you want to glue them together!</s> Update 0 -- Connection Mechanism have been updated! Now Includes a mount for a cable-management chain, and chain bits from LittleMrJ's Carriage Cable Chain, slightly altered to fit the customized carriage. <B>Update 10/31/2017</B> Terribly sorry guys, just ran some simulations, and there are conflicts with the cable chain and the filament hole, I need to re-align the entire mechanism. For now,<S> I do not recommend anyone print this yet.</S> <B>Update 2 10/31/2017</B> All fixed! The chain cable pieces are now fully compatible with <i><B>LittleMrJ's i3 A8 Badass DiggityDank Carriage Cable Chain</i></b>, please visit that Thing for the parts! <B>Update 3 11/08/2017</B> Added a combined front-left-right-bottom combo, so it can be printed all in one piece! <B>Update 4 11/09/2017</B> Overhauled the carriage-bottom attachment mechanism to be a pin system. <B>Update 5 11/15/2017</B> Made Top Holes into one large hole, to allow for the extruder feeder more clearance
