<p>As there are living hinges, print with PET-G &nbsp;As the other parts must not flex you can't use very soft filaments. PP would be ideal.</p><p>PET-G need some open close cycles (~30) until the living hinge is formed and is working as expected with a nice snap (click sound) when opening or closing.</p><p>Keep in Mind that higher print temp. can make PET-G more brittle.</p><p>If the clip doesn't stays closed your pen may be too thick. &nbsp;Also if it doesn't open when you pull the pen - the pen is too thin.</p><p>There are 3 models for&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Cables or Skewers ~ 3-4mm</li><li>Pens 7-8mm</li><li>Pens 9-10mm</li></ul><p>you can try to make your own but it is not that simple and may need some try and error</p>
