Compliant Roller

Trying to learn more about compliant mechanisms so I made this compliant rolling contact joint as demonstrated in this youtube video: https://youtu.be/uvPSsUkLypY by The FACTs of Mechanical Design Not my original design or creation, just copying from what I saw in the video, but made to go from print to use It has evolved into a fidget toy as it rolls very smoothly and snaps to each side I'd suggest using a minimum of 4 pieces snapped together, and I don't think there is an upper limit. 3 kinda works, but 2 will twist and not work well. pt1 and pt2 are two different pieces, and both must be used STEP files are shared so you can make whatever adjustments you need. I had to hollow out the center and slim them down to stop all the warping I was getting, but they work very nicely if filled in and if you want a little more depth. DO NOT SCALE.
