This is a design with features, styling cues and components from many different mods I own all collected together into something I'm happy to use every day without fear of loss or damage. As for the print settings the best you can get with support and printed with the base of the mod sitting on the print bed, or the 510 connector won't sit well in its recess. The material choice is up to you, but remember the 510 may see some heat if you use low resistance builds so choose wisely. It can be a bitch to assemble if you don't do it in the correct order. My advice is to solder the all leads to the board using more length than will be required and then add the battery tube when you are sure what length is needed. The leads can be fed through to the 510 connector and the negative gets soldered to the bottom of one of the brass ferrules that need to be pressed into the body to install the 510 This needs to be done BEFORE the ferrule is pressed in, so think about it carefully when you plan the build order. (one of the brass ferrules is also used to keep the battery tube in place using an M2.5 grub screw. installed through the squonk hole.) Parts List:- Evolv DNA75C Board (available from Modmaker or Stealthvape in the UK) Modmaker domed actuators (2mm height) for Evolv DNA75C 8mm fire button and 4mm adjustment buttons (the stems on the back of the actuators need to be filed down to suit as the stock length is a little too long) Modmaker 22mm Screw Attach 510 connector (don't forget the M2.5 counter sunk screws and brass ferrules available on the same site) Modmaker Squonk Tube kit Modmaker Dinky +10 squonk bottle. Stealthvape 18650 Battery Tube 18 or 20 AWG silicon insulated wire, 20AWG fits better but is more suited for lower wattage 18AWG fits but is very snug and can be difficult wrangle in to place without damaging the insulation (available from Stealthvape or Modmaker) Board attachment screws x3 (Modmaker and Stealthvape both supply these too) 1x M2.5 grub screw (to use with a brass threaded insert like the ones for the 510) to hold battery tube in place and prevent slippage. the two files are a right handed and left handed version of the same mod with the board mounting inside reversed accordingly. "CV6LH" and "CV6RH" https://www.modmaker.com https://www.stealthvape.co.uk If you make one please post your makes as I'd love to see your results :) Enjoy Steve This version is printed and tested but its ALWAYS a work in progress, I keep making improvements. The mod in the pics was sanded and sprayed before assembly.
