Component tester GM328A This is a remake of ThechBuilder EleLAb v2 CompTest with the LCR-T3-H tester. The remake is basicly only a new frontpanel for the GM328 tester. The GM328 has more features and is a kind of follow-up for the above LCR-T3-H Features of the GM328A are: 1. Switch off 2. Transistor test 3. Frequency test 4. f-Generator 5. 10-bit PWM 6. C+ESR@TP1:3 7. continuous measurement resistance 8. 1-||-3 continuous measurement capacitance 9. Rotary encoder 10. SelfTest 11. Voltage test 12. FrontColor 13. BackColor adjust 14. Show date Because there is a 9V battery connection included I made a housing for the battery wich can be screwed to the print and holds the battery on the back of the tester. By removing the top the battey can easy be pulled out the holder and replaced, then slide it back and close the top. Of cousre you can also use any power between 6 and 12V to the DC-jack on the print. Like the original the ZIF-14 pins 1,2 and 3 are alse available by means of 3 banana plugs on the front. With this tester you can measure up to 50V DC that's why there are 2 banana plugs for that purpose. The option for frequency and PWM pulse measurement are not connected but can easaly realised on the lower panel. The STL files: Frame 100mm Top Lower Front Component tester Battery holder Clamp to hold print lower left corner The Front has 0.2mm layer and needs support on the lower lip because it is printed front face down. If you want the text colored, change color after the third layer and finish with that color or change it again after three layers. All other parts are printed with 0.3mm layer to reduce printing time. Filament used PETG for frame and PLA for all others. Electronics needed: 9V battery or 12 VDC to jackplug on print 3x banana female plug 2x banana female power plug Hardware general: 4x M3-8mm screw (secure tester) 4x M2 or 2.5 to secure the Front and Top Knob 6mm hole dia max 16mm
