All are designed to be printed in Spiralize Outer Contour in Cura (Vase mode). That means they can be printed relatively fast and the is no seam on the walls. Pay special attention to the Cura settings when printing the rack: - Spiralize Outer Contour: enable (required) - Bottom Layers: >=5 (required) - Layer Height: 0.2 (actual requirement is layer height x bottomed layers >= 1) - Line Width: 0.68mm (0.72mm should work too) - Initial Layer Line Width: 120% (IMPORTANT!) - Bottom Pattern: Zig Zag (recommended) - Printing Temperature: 5-10 more than usual - Print Speed: 20-30mm/s depends on filament (reduce speed if extruder choke) Pay special attention to the Initial Layer Line Width and avoid 100%. It should be 120% to improve the adhesion between the wall and the base. Filament cost: - 3x2 Rack: 79g - 3x4 Rack: 157g - Each drawer: 12g The original design was 146mm depth and the drawers are compatible with the one I bought. But when I print the rack, it stopped halfway because of insufficient filament. So I changed the drawer size to complete it. 3x4 is the maximum size my Ender 3 can print. If you want a bigger one, I can customise for you.
