I find compressed air cans a nuisance and a waste. After less than 15 minutes, the can is empty. There are alternative products on the market. The electric Compu Cleaner blower is a good choice. It delivers compressed air under good pressure. When you want to get into tight cavities or crevices, a long and thin nozzle is desirable. Here is my 3D design to get one such nozzle. The nozzle incorporates an overflow path for air that can't get out of the main open, just like the standard nozzle. [UPDATED] There are two print files included. They have different nozzle openings, 2.5mm and 3.5mm, respectively. The included relief hole for the 2.5mm nozzle is 5mm and for the 3.5mm nozzle, the relief opening is 3.5mm. The air flow through the nozzle can be increased by temporarily or partially blocking the relief holes. The IT Dust Busters web page is www.itdusters.com. It's available on Amazon Au with an Australian power plug for AU$89 (including delivery) from here: https://www.amazon.com.au/Dusters-CompuCleaner-Original-Electric-Duster/dp/B073F9NY1X My print is made in PETG 1.75mm Aurarum black filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. I hope you can find this design useful, too. Remember to leave me some feedback or even a tip to keep me enthused to make more of these drawings.
