It is a handle that facilitates the transport of the computer cabinet or box. They are two side pieces printed in 3D that hold a PVC plumbing tube in the middle. The tube must be 20mm in diameter and the screws 4mm in diameter. For greater safety, it is advisable to have the screws go into the tube. This way the tube will not turn and will not come out of the side parts if the equipment is very heavy. In order to drill the holes in the pipe exactly, it is advisable to cut everything to size and to provisionally mount the handle. Then insert the screws and tighten them enough to make a mark on the tube indicating where to drill. The roof of the computer cabinet or box is usually a thin sheet of metal. It is advisable to put a small wooden board or similar that covers the entire area of the handle. In this way the load forces on the heads of the screws will be distributed over a larger area. Finally, since it didn't have a black filament, I chose to paint it.
