Dust cap pedal cover to fit Garmin Rally/Vector power meter

I modeled this after I lost the dust cover on my rally power meter pedal. This was a single-sided power meter and the drive side didn't need to hold a battery, I just need to keep moisture and dirt out of the bearings. I printed the threads facing up and no support. I cannot confirm that it works with Vector but I suspect it does. Let me know and I can update this description to confirm. I put this in using just enough b-7000 glue on the lip to act as a gasket and keep everything sealed up
