Conan is a fictional warrior-barbarian from Cimmeria, invented by Robert Irwin Howard in a series of stories about the Hyborian Era, written in the fantasy genre and published in the magazine Weird Tales. Character books, comics, movies and computer games, one of the most popular fantasy characters of the XX century. After Howard's death, a series of works about Conan on the initiative of Lyon Sprague de Camp and Lin Carter was continued by other writers and now has many dozens of volumes.
