- Recommended 1mm nozzle and 0.35mm - 0.4mm layer height. - Both the arches (8) & center cannot be printed with infill, use spiral mode setting in Cura. This allows the struts and locks to attach to each piece. - The struts (4) & arch locks (8) should be printed with 30-50% infill. Assemble mold by placing arches in a circle. Slide the arch locks between each arch. Position the center, and put ballast inside to keep from floating or moving. Place a large garbage bag over the mold and flatten as best as possible. Use the struts to align the center with the arches. The strut will connect to the outer wall of the arch. The struts should sit on top of the garbage bag.
