This is an artificial ear canal to hold a small condenser microphone in the ear of a beauty supply dummy head. This is part of a binaural microphone project I did recently. If you drill a hole through the outer shell of the head, a bit smaller than the mic diameter, this should press in and snap in place in the ear.
