Got sick of bending over. Made and printed this and it works a treat on cones with opening of around 50mm. You will need PVC pipe with internal of 30mm Spring Diam 10mm and length around 30mm Bolt 30mm x 3mm 3mm nylock On PVC measure from the end 16mm and 45mm and on both side measure a box 16mm wide between the 16mm and 45mm cut it out when installing put the arms together in the pipe the slide in the center and bolt up. if you cut right it will hold together by the tension of the arms. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAUZNISNtuE
