X = 272.81Y = 30.91Z = 62.10I started by making sure the base was in the right spot, then i used concentric and coincident mated to attach the circles to their spots. To attach the green rods i used concentric mates. i then attached both rods to the rectangular prism and with the help of section view dimensioned mated the green rod on the right to be 22 away from the rectangular prism. with that i got all the right center masses.
