Connectors for corrugated plastic or acrylic sheet

thingiverse

Connectors for building with corrugated plastic (e.g. coroplast) in common 4mm (0.158") thickness. There are currently two connectors, one for forming a corner of three sheets at right angles, and one for connecting two sheets at a right angle. Sheets can be pinned to the connectors with M3x10 fasteners. The sheets can be butted into the connectors as-is, but there will be a small gap at the corners. If you wish to make the fit tighter, there are two cutting guides which aid in trimming the material to fit. (Edit: these are removed as they were not correct, new versions will come soon, but for the corners you want to trim off 3mm of material on each side of the corner 20mm back; for the side connectors you trim back 3mm of material in a 30mm wide notch; you can trim more (7mm) from one side if you want the pieces to actually overlap at the corners and not simply meet) The fit is close enough to use with 3mm (0.118") acrylic sheet as well, with heavier infill and ABS or PETG suggested.
