Consew Motor Potentiometer Housing for Taig Mill

This is a 3D printed housing for the Consew motor controller. The foot pedal potentiometer it comes with is replaced with a rotary potentiometer. This housing screws to the front of the Consew control box, and puts the knob in easy reach if you install it on the side of your mill like shown in the installed picture.The whole thing is drawn natively in Fusion360. Those files are attached. Also attached are STEP files if you have another CAD system.The flat piece dangling in space on the CAD model is a cover for the hole left behind when you reposition the LCD of the Consew controller into this housing design. Its shown in the last physical picture.I had a super long thread on FB where I went through how I designed this and mounted it to the Taig CNC mill. You have to join the group if you want to read it. If you use a pulley reduction that is 1:2 (which most Taig users seem to use with this motor), then the reading on the LCD will be half of the spindle RPM.
