Wind chimes are great, except when it really gets windy. Especially late at night. This chime set uses stationary chimes, supported at the nodes, and a clapper that is latched, except during set hours. Solar cells keep the timer circuit and clapper clamp charged. Now you can enjoy tubular wind bells, but only when you want them.
