These are replacement parts for a Mason and Hamlin console piano. The piano had dead keys due to some of the jacks breaking. The jacks were made of bakelite material and had become very brittle over time. The piano is now fully functional. Instructions Measurements were taken from pre-existing parts and 3d models were produced in FreeCAD. Printed on a PrintrBot Simple 1401 using PLA at 195 deg C. Layers were 0.2mm. The STL was sliced using Cura and printed with Repetier Host.
