Contigo™ Water Bottle

This is an attempt at creating a CAD model representation of the Contigo™ AUTOSEAL® West Loop Stainless Steel Travel Mug which includes its anti-spilling mechanism. Unfortunately there was no physical model available for disassembly, dimensions rely predominantly on online images and videos and a lot of (bad) guesswork. I was not able to find reliable resources on the locking mechanism, so that structure is omitted and the spout controller model (contigo_pusher.SLDPRT) is simplified for that. I am aware that the stainless bottle is made out of sheet metal and it was already too late when I made it a naïve solid body structure instead :(. Springs and the rubber block that seals the spout are not included in this package. Aside from the shortcomings stated above, it was a good learning experience, and I hope that this package still retains good educational value for the GrabCAD community. This CAD package is modelled with SolidWorks 2020. Both .SLDPRT/.SLDASM and .STEP files are available for download.
