Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: PLA works fine, I would think abs should also do the job. The design has 3 outtakes on 1 side, this is the printbed side. these outtakes make sure there is a smaller surface area which makes it adhere better to the printbed. Post-Printing Fitting Because this object has a very strickt design you do have to clean the print thoroughly to make it fit. I held a flame under the part to make it a little smoother and so it would fit nicely. How I Designed This Solidworks I made this with a solidworks licence I have from school.
