Contour HD/Hero Bike Mount

**New Version.** I've done two things to the design. First, I have added support for mounting a Hero camera. There is a flag, `hero` and another, `contour` in the data file which selects if you are mounting a Hero camera or a Contour camera to the bike mount. Second, I have greatly simplified the way this attaches to the bike frame. Rather than using 4 4mm screws/nuts, this has a hinge on one side, and uses only 1 4mm screw/nut to attach. This makes it far easier to attach and detach from the bicycle. ---- Original text: I have an old [Contour HD camera](http://contour.com/cameras) that I wanted to mount on the front of my [TerraTrike.](https://www.terratrike.com) It's an older Contour HD camera without a thumbscrew camera mount at the bottom, so it requires the slide-in friction mount. But the mount I have would turn the camera on its side, and other mounts would require adapters which made the entire thing sit too high. So I designed this custom mount. The STL files are designed to work with a 22mm diameter bike handle or mounting pipe, but the OpenSCAD file can be adjusted to any bike handlebar diameter. The mount also sits low: the bottom of the camera only sits about 4mm above the handlebar. I've also taken the liberty to upload the FormLabs form file with an orientation which reduces the number of rafts that are attached to the inside of the Contour mount. Because of the relatively small dimension of the inside teeth which grip the camera, you may need to fiddle with the dimensions to make them work with your printer. The settings used in this file worked well on my FormLabs Form 2 printer.
