Contour Shuttle Xpress tray mount (M4 bolts) for CNC Jog Controller

For those who use a CNC router (like the X-carve) you often need to hand jog it around to probe/establish the WCS origin point. I used the keyboard or onscreen controller with a mouse in CNCJS, but eventually that's tiring. So CNCJS (as many CNC controllers support) the Contour Shuttle Xpress USB controller. It's a classic used for video editing tool from ~2010, but still works great and is only $50 and allows continuous and stepped jogging. My Tormach mill came with a Shuttle Xpress built in for just this purpose. It has 5 buttons (to select the axis and 2-extra assuming you don't have a 5-axis mill). Anyway, I am mounting mine to a CNC milled plywood arm out above my x-controller, so needed to side-mount it (M4 tapped holes). Since I wasn't sure how this would all work I also put 2 M4 clearance holes through the top (so it can also be straight bolted down to a surface. It has a pretty snug fit for the controller because I figured with all the vibration it would easily walk. The slit at the top is for the USB cord to sit flush in. I also have a laser cut version that uses T-slots for the attachment. I've included the SVG for that. just align the 2 t-slots and glue the 1/8" layers together (ply will work fine) Note since I was tapping I did 5 perimeters. I also included the STEP file in case someone wants to modify this.
