We use Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs in the Industrial Maintenance class I teach. We have trainers for the students, but none for the instructor. I've been slowly piecing together my own chassis from Ebay parts. I noticed a lot of the chassis on Ebay have broken dividers and they don't sell well. I scored a 7-slot chassis for $100 shipped and designed up some replacement parts to fix it. These are (intentionally) a snug fit. They don't have all the neat reinforcing webs on the back because that's not needed in 3D printing. That was just Allen Bradley's way to keep the cross-sectional area consistent for mold flow in the original injection moulded part. These fit just fine and work well as you can see in the pictures. In the photos you can see Rev 1, which the grooves didn't line up quite right with the grooves in the I/O cards. I have fixed that before uploading, but I was too lazy to print another for myself. The Inventor model is a little lazy, but it works. I modified the center divider model, so it's a little sloppy, but at least I included it.
