Convair B-58 Hustler

This is my sculpting of a Convair B-58 Hustler. The B-58 was an American supersonic long-range bomber in service from 1960 to 1970. Capable of Mach 2.0 flight, this iconic delta wing bomber signaled a definite escalation in America's nuclear bomber capabilities. Read about the plane here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convair_B-58_Hustler I've always been a fan of it's quasi-science fiction build. Delta wings, four retro-chic engine pods and a giant fuel tank/ordnance module undernearth - this plane inspired everything from the B-1 to the Concorde and Valkyrie. A must have for any cold war enthusiast!
