Stainless steel sheet metal and tubing conveyor. This unit is used for deglazing frozen food product (in this case seafood), before batter and breading applications are made. This unit has six inlets (4) for spraying the food with water to deglaze the product and (2) blowers to blow off excess water. The unit is bent, tabbed and slotted for assembly and pitched for drainage. As always, feedback and likes welcome!
