Coolant Hose Clip

Coolant Hose Clip

thingiverse

This is a clip to hold the ancillary coolant hoses on a turbo Subaru. On my EJ207 swapped 1998 Impreza, the hoses going from my radiator to the header tank go under my aftermarket Perrin short-ram intake when they should go over the top of it for functional purposes. If I routed them over the intake, then they would just flop all over and look messy because there's nothing on the intake locking them in place. For that purpose I've designed this thing to clean up the look and reroute the hoses to the proper way they should be. This is suited for a 70mm intake and 12mm hoses. I recommend this to be printed from something more high-temp such as ABS or PETG since it has to hold onto hot coolant lines (~170F) and be in a rather hot environment where PLA would likely melt/deform. I hope this becomes useful to someone other than myself! Enjoy!
