Cooler fan nozzle and funnel 40x40mm

Custom cooler fan nozzle and funnel. Suitable for cooling fans with dimentions 40x40mm (like the Velleman K8200). Many of the cooler fan nozzles i have found online did have too small exit diameter, which restricted and caused poor airflow. The wide nozzle exit on this design, in combination with intenal guide fins, the cone, and the intake funnel gives a nice steady airflow. Design considerations: Thin walls - No need for extra solid construction, after all it is just supposed to funnel air. The two different parts has no steep overhangs so it is possible to print whithout support. Don't waste plastic. Make it quicker to print. Nozzle exit cross section is approximately the same area as the fan cross section. - don't restrict airflow. Nozzle cone - avoid creating turbulence. Internal guide fins connected to nozzle cone - hold cone in place and fight turbulence. Funnel - restrict air escaping in the small gap between fan blades and fan wall. Fight turbulence. Funnel exit and nozzle intake are same diameter as fan diameter - do not restrict airflow. GNU-GPL license - make it possible for others to customize model for their own use. Supply SCAD file - make it easy for others to customize model for their own use.
