This is an adaptor to allow a standard 200mm fan to fit a cooler master case. I have a H500P Mesh case and the 200mm fan holes differ from standard 200mm fans. I used 3.3mm screws to screw the adapter into the cooler master case and long standard fan screws to screw the fan to the adaptor One of the pics shows the adaptor fitted to the top slot and a standard cooler master fan below it.
