Even with the printer calibrated, I was having problems with shrinkage pulling the pins on the original part closer together. After scaling to compensate didn't help and not caring about it being tool less, I just changed the pins to counter bores located on the original pins. Without the pins it may be printed flat on the bed. The pins on the original are off center. I didn't bother to fix that because the tolerances are really loose and it works just fine.
