I built a filament cooling system that includes a mounting point for a temperature sensor. It was specifically designed to work seamlessly with a Prusa i3 printer that features an E3D-Hotend and an 18mm sensor. If you require a custom design with different dimensions, feel free to make a note in the comments section below. The system is now also compatible with 12 mm sensors for added flexibility.
