I wound up reading a FreeNAS forum post describing blocking an air gap at the bottom of the case's drive cage and asked myself "Why not design a duct that screws into the case's 120mm cooling fans?" After a few minutes with my calipers, a few revisions later, and after stamping my face on the thing, I had a closed the majority of the SilverStone DS380's air gap with the duct. No 3D Printer?
