Cooling system for Monkeyfab Prime3D printer. Designed for two, 40 mm fans. It greatly improves quality of printouts then good cooling is necessary (especially when printing models with bridges and overhangs). It is designed to work with Budaschnozzle hotend. If you have new Bullet hotend, see the new version. For test models see the http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:796956. There is also an remix for lama hotend - see Universal fan duct cooling for lama hotend For more information visit my blog (Polish):http://3dwpraktyce.pl/2015/03/nowe-rozwiazanie-do-chlodzenia-wydrukow/ Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Notes: Because the mount and both ducts are close to a hotend, printing them with ABS is a good choice. Post-Printing The mount item contains 2 little supports at front - remove them after printing. To fix ducts to the mount element you will need two screws (about 4x20 mm). To fix the mount to printer itself you can reuse screws from original cooling duct. For better results you may use a piece of PTFE (teflon) as a hotend shield. It can be bought in small sheets (1 mm thick one is OK). The printed plate template will help you in cutting PTFE properly.
