Just finished to design it in order to fit with the excellent dual extruder done by Riku Rusanen : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:201184 The thickness of the duct has been resized to 1.5 mm in order to ease the building of the walls. Overweight should be unimportant. IMPORTANT ! choose the fan duct related to the extruder you' ll use to print that duct: _ fan duct 1.4 to be printed with 0.4 extruder _Fan duct 1.5 to be printed with 0.5 extruder Prévu pour l' excellent extrudeur de Riku Rusanen : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:201184. L' épaisseur de la buse a été augmentée en vue de faciliter l' impression. Le surpoids devrait être négligeable. Instructions Printed and tested. All OK, the location is perfect to blow on the PLA without cooling down the brass part of the extruder. I get a very nice result by printing it slowly but as previously told, the thickness of the duct has been increased and a higher speed can be selected. Pièce imprimée et testé OK. La localisation de l' extrémité de la buse est parfaite pour souffler sur le PLA sans refroidir la partie chauffante de l' extrudeur. J' ai obtenu un bon résultat en imprimant lentement mais comme dit plus haut, l' épaisseur de la buse a été augmentée et une vitesse bien supérieure pourrait être utilisée.
