Cooling fan for Wanhao Duplicator 4

This is a cooling system for Wanhao Duplicator 4 (the exact chinese copy of Replicator 2X) that improves the print quality.for me it was almost impossible to print bridges and overhangs,but after mounting these fans life is a little bit easier ;) No printed elements need to mount the fans. I also included a little bridge test model (about 4 cm length) to compare your print quality before/after using these fans. It worked for me, so i hope it works for you too. Instructions You need these parts: 120mm X 120mm 12V DC fans (x2) M3 bolts (x2) M3 nuts (x2) zip ties (x2) 12V DC Power supply Mount the fans directly on the front panel of your machine using M3 nuts & bolts (you'll find 4 holes on the top of the panel,use two of them to secure your fans).this way your fans will be side by side.use 2 zip ties to secure the inbeetween walls of the fans to each other. Use a proper power supply to feed the fans and feel the difference ;)
