Cooling fan shroud for Folger Tech FT-5 stock hot end

This is for the Folger Tech FT-5 3D printer's stock hot end. So many of the cooling fan shrouds do not fit well or are for E3D hot ends. The others I've tried either poke in so close that they get melted, of hang below the nozzle which would knock over your parts. Print this shroud standing up so that it looks like a wine glass from the side and you won't need any supports. Adjust the height of the throat in the big aluminum block so that the nozzle is just below the shroud. Your heater core and thermistor wires should be exiting from the left as you look at it from the front where the LCD panel is.
