A solid model of the Copa América Trophy (America Cup Trophy) Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 10% Notes: I added a three-pieces splited version of the trophy so it can be printed without supports. I also added the trophy sliced vertically in case you want to test a side printing. I modified the infill %, since a 10% infill could help to enhace the inner structure, in order to print the model in one piece, due to the curves. How I Designed This Starting from scratch, I drew a basic profile of the America Cup Trophy in Acad2007, taking as a base different images from the cup. I used mostly polylines, and splines. Once I had all the line connected by nodes, I took the profile, and created a part in Inventor. Then on Inventor I selected to create a sketch and just did: Ctrl+C on Acad2007, Ctrl+V on Inventor's sketch, this way I pasted the profile and kept the splines. I revolved the profile in Inventor, and ready!
